Guess Who's Coming to Dinner?


Looking for a fun way to connect with your past? Invite them to dinner! Our family has had a lot of fun over the years learning about the many fascinating members of our family tree through this fun activity.
I have created a few resources if you would like to host a party of your own!

Free website with tons of amazing resources for finding and learning about your ancestors. Sign up and get started populating your tree. If you can get a few generations entered you will be amazed by all the connections you will start to see. I encourage beginners to start by filling out this paper chart first so they aren't overwhelmed. 

One great way to pick an ansestor for the dinner is to use the compare-a-face tool in Family Search. Once you have logged into familysearch.org click on the link above or look under 'ACTIVITIES' on the home page toolbar.
